We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. In the unlikely event you run into questions or other problems, please feel free to contact our customer service department. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Placing an Order
The ordering process at Passions is designed to be as simple as possible. You must first add your desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If this is all OK, press the “Checkout” button. On the information page you need to fill in the correct address details, so make sure that all details are entered correctly. When this information is filled in correctly you may press the “Continue with shipping” button.
The “Shipping” page offers the ability to check again the entered address data. Furthermore, you can see that every shipment is delivered absolutely free of charge. In fact, as a token of appreciation for our customers, we always take care of the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by pressing the “Proceed to payment” button.
In the payment options, you have the choice of various payment options. All payment options are SSL encrypted, this means that you are always assured of a safe payment environment.

After selecting the appropriate payment method you need to press the “Complete Order” button after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. If you experience any problems placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
We take care of the shipping costs for every order. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
2. Shipping an Order
Have you found the perfect product on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and once we reach our minimum threshold, we ship them all at once. We hope you will understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.
Please note: Like many other stores, we are extra busy during the holidays and may experience delays due to high volumes of orders. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Timeline for all of our packages:

After placing an order, we need 1 - 3 business days to process your order. During the week it will be 1 business day, but if you order on a Friday night or on the weekend it may take a little longer.

Once your order is processed it will be shipped and is an average of 7 - 14 business days for your order to be delivered.
If you have placed an order with us, after a few days you can easily check when your package will arrive. You will receive by email your personal tracking code with which you can track your order via our tracking partner. See our Track & Trace page regarding how this works.
Delivery of your order
When your order is delivered you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return? Check this page.
Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.
Lost Package?
In the event that a package is lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always ship a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Import Duty
In some cases, customs will perform a check on packages delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. In some cases, it may be possible that customs will claim a small amount of import duty. However, no worries! We see that in 99% of cases this will not happen. Special additional customs clearance fees and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery When Not Available
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office Passions has incurred the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office then it automatically goes back to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct $15 from the amount you receive in return.
