1. Placing an order
The ordering process of Passionss is designed to be as simple as possible. You must first add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the black button with "Add to shopping cart".
Here it is important to check if you have selected the correct variants. If this is all in order then press the button "Checkout". On the information page you need to fill in the correct address details, pay close attention that all details are filled in correctly. When this information is filled in correctly you can press the button "Continue with sending".
The "Shipping" page offers the possibility to check the given address details again. Furthermore, you can see that every shipment is delivered completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always take the shipping and delivery costs for our own account. You can now continue by pressing the button "Go to payment".
With the payment options you can choose from various payment options. On bybellice.nl all payment options are provided with SSL encryption, this means that you are always assured of a safe payment environment with us.

We take care of the shipping costs of every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% Free of charge without hidden costs. Also, there is no minimum order quantity required.
2. Shipping your order
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible.
In order to ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and once we reach our minimum threshold, we will send them all at once. We hope that you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.
NB: Like many other online stores, we are experiencing extra pressure and may experience delays due to staff shortages. Please take this into account when ordering. We will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Below you can see the average time lapse of all our packages:
- After placing an order, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. During the week, it will be 1 business day, but if you order on Friday evening or in the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and it will take an average of 7 - 14 business days for your order to be delivered.
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily see after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by email with which you can follow your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. Check our Track & Trace page on how this works.

Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Is it defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.
Lost package?
In the event that a package is lost or undelivered due to any logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases of our packages, customs will perform a check on the package that is delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has been adjusted as of July 1, 2021 and we unfortunately have no influence on it. In some cases, it may be possible that customs will charge a small amount of import costs. However, don't worry! We see that in 99% of the cases this will not happen. Are customs costs still charged? Then contact us.
Any additional customs clearance costs and/or import duties are not included in the price and will be borne by the customer.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Passionss has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.
